As a wedding celebrant and Marriage Officer with Celebrants Scotland I am authorised to solemnise your marriage on your wedding day.
What does that mean? I can legally marry you anywhere in Scotland. Amazing! So, if you’re planning a hilltop elopement, an intimate micro wedding or hosting a modern wedding in a gorgeous hotel or historic castle…I’m in!
I’m here to help you create a wedding that’s as informal, fun or traditional as you. I’m all about choice and believe that your ceremony should tell your story in your way – it’s your day after all! I’ll take time to get to know you both and together we’ll create a ceremony which is full of love, warmth and laughter. And probably a few tears.

Scotland is the perfect location for your elopement. With historic city centres, gorgeous wedding venues and beautifully rugged landscapes, the hardest thing is choosing where to get married!
An elopement will usually involve the gorgeous couple, a wedding celebrant (me!), 2 witnesses and perhaps a photographer.
It’s a really intimate way to get married, with all the love of a larger ceremony, but a lot less stress, expense and planning! An elopement ceremony allows you to just focus on your partner, your love and the commitment you are making to each other.
Elopement ceremonies are often held in beautiful outdoor locations or historic city centres.

Micro weddings are also perfect for couples looking to get married in an intimate ceremony, but who would like to include some of their closest family and friends.
A micro wedding will usually involve the couple, a wedding celebrant (me!) and somewhere around 25 guests or less.
The ceremony structure can be similar to a larger wedding, but can feel more personal and intimate.
Some couples just want to get married with their absolute besties and closest family and celebrate with a bigger party later on. It can often be more relaxed and less stressful than a larger wedding.
Micro wedding ceremonies can be held in some of Edinburgh’s amazing wedding venues and outdoor locations.
